1. 💧Smart Hydration

Drink small amounts of water regularly, ideally every 15–20 minutes. At temperatures above 30 °C, electrolytes can help compensate for mineral loss and maintain endurance.

Schedule rides as much as possible for early morning or late evening hours. Shady routes along parks or rivers can significantly reduce the perceived temperature and improve riding comfort.

Avoid consistently high intensity and plan short breaks in the shade every 30–40 minutes to stabilize circulation.
