For delivery, we primarily work with DHL and freight carriers. To ensure fast and flexible shipping, we may also use other logistics providers when necessary.

The selection of the shipping carrier is made during order processing and cannot be chosen or influenced in advance.

Orders may be shipped from our international fulfillment partners to ensure efficient order processing and product availability.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
