When will I receive my order?

Your order will usually be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. Delivery to your home then takes approximately 6 to 17 business days. During peak times, delays may occur; shipping may then be delayed by up to 6 business days. We ship with Deutsche Post – directly and without intermediate storage.
My order is incomplete - what now?

As our products are stored in different locations and we work with various manufacturers, you may receive your order in multiple packages. This is completely normal – don't worry if not everything arrives at once.

The average delivery time is 6 to 17 business days. Individual packages may take a little longer to arrive.

If you have not received your complete order 30 business days after purchase, we will refund the full purchase price – and you may keep any items already received.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We usually process orders within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel or change your order, please let us knowwithin these 12 hoursby email toreverbride@outlook.com. After this period, the order will already be shipped and unfortunately can no longer be changed.
Is your product damaged or defective?

We carefully select our shipping partners – however, it can happen that a package is damaged on its way to you. Or is there a production defect? No problem – we'll take care of it!

Just send us an email to reverbride@outlook.com and include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • What happened? (e.g., wrong item, defective, damaged)
  • A few photos or a short video

The best part: You don't have to return the goods. We will refund you the amount in the form of a voucher – would you prefer a different refund? Just let us know!
